Process optimization

Process optimization steps

As the first step of the process optimization, we need to assess current processes, their steps, stakeholders, responsibilities, and the results of them. In addition, it is important to note, how the process related to other areas want to develop, how some changes would affect other processes. A process can be partially assessed from available regulation and documentation, but the whole view can only be obtained by interviewing stakeholders personally about their experiences. Therefore, as always in our work, we focus on communication and conversation in this area too.

Once we mapped the process, we identify its mistakes and the key points which decreases the efficiency of it, even in the point of time or cost. We are looking for alternative solutions, which eliminate these shortcomings and bottlenecks, and helps us to perform the previous tasks easier, cheaper, or at a higher level of quality.

Finally, we deliver a detailed action plan for our customers for the process’ transformations, in order that the changes occur smoothly and be accepted by the stakeholders.

Optimization of selected process could be a positive change, but do not forget that the highest result can be obtained if all of the processes are deliberated and synchronized. Our company ready to help its customers to solve this complex tasks.
